Data Collection

SDUtility collects no data whatsoever. Specifically:

• No personal information is collected
• No usage analytics or telemetry
• No crash reports are transmitted
• No cookies, identifiers, or tracking of any kind

Network Activity

SDUtility makes zero network connections. The application operates entirely offline. All video and audio processing happens locally on your Mac using only Apple system frameworks.

Account Requirements

SDUtility requires no account, login, registration, or authentication of any kind. There are no user accounts, no cloud storage, and no synchronization services.

File Access

SDUtility accesses only the files you explicitly open or import. Files are processed locally and are never uploaded, shared, or copied to any external service. Exported files are saved only to locations you choose.

Third-Party Services

SDUtility uses no third-party services, SDKs, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or external APIs. The application is built entirely with Apple's native frameworks (AVFoundation, CoreMedia, vDSP, AppKit).

Children's Privacy

Because SDUtility collects no data from any user, it inherently complies with all children's privacy regulations including COPPA.

Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy is ever updated, the changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Given that SDUtility collects no data, material changes are unlikely.
